SOME INSTRUCTIONS TO COMRADES ATTENDING

1^st AIC OF AIPRPA AT VELLORE (TAMILNADU)

The Reception Committee to 1^st All India Conference of AIPRPA has sent donation books and Advertisement tariff to all members of All India Steering Committee for necessary funds to successfully hold the AIC in Vellore (Tamilnadu) from 19^th to 20^th July, 2014,

All Comrades who received the said donation books and Advertisement Tariff are requested to collect maximum donation and advertisement from their States and remit the same to the Reception Committee General Secretary at the earliest.

It will be appreciated if every State gets at least 5 to 10 Advertisements for the Souvenir of AIC. Similarly a minimum of 10,000/- per State will be appreciated by the Reception Committee. In Tamilnadu all members of AIPRPA are donating 100/- per member; the members in Vellore District are donating 200/- per member as personal donation.

All outside Tamilnadu State are requested to:

1. Hold State Conventions and elect State bodies of AIPRPA before June end, if already not done so far.
2. Hold District / Divisional Conventions and form District / Division bodies of AIPRPA.
3. Elect delegate to AIC @ one delegate for every 25 members in each division / district. The Delegate fee for AIC will be 500/- per delegate / visitor.
4. Collect donation and advertisement and send the same to the Reception Committee to help organise the AIC in a befitting manner. Being the 1^st AIC, the host State is dependent on all States for cooperation to the maximum.

Reservation for Train journey:

All Delegates and Visitors are requested to book their train reservation at the earliest to avoid problems of reservation. Reservation starts two months before the actual journey date. The AIC starts on 19^th July; the Train reservation can be made during the current month viz., May. Though July is not a rush month, it will be better to make advance reservations at the earliest to avoid problems.

After reaching Chennai Central Station, we have to travel by change of trains to Katpadi Station for reaching Vellore City. There are many trains including super-fast trains between Chennai Central and Katpadi Station with running time around only 2 Hours. From Katpadi Railway Station we have to take town bus to Vellore City or Autos are plenty. Of course Reception Committee will make necessary arrangements to receive delegates / visitors in Katpadi Railway Station and help them to reach the venue. Details about venue etc will be circulated by the Reception Committee later.

A list of trains from Chennai Central to Katpadi is given below for making reservations by Delegates / Visitors. Those who can catch early morning trains on 19^th so as to reach Katpadi before 10.00 A.M. may prefer such trains to reach the venue before 10.00 A.M to attend the inaugural session of AIC. Others may prefer such trains to reach venue on the previous day (18^th July) night itself. The venue for accommodation will be made available from 18^th Evening itself for stay of delegates / visitors. However, catering facility will be provided from the morning of 19^th only.
