AIPRPA CMC comes to a close!
The CMC subjects committee after discussion unanimously approved the report of GS and the audited accounts for the FY 2017-18. We enjoyed and highly benefitted by the intermittent intervention in the debate by the SG NCCPA Comrade KKN.Kutty also. The CMC took many decisions including the following important issues:
1. To strengthen all NCCPA programmes by our full mobilization and to stand with the legal battles of NCCPA on MACP date and Option 1. NCCPA full programme is being published in August issue of Pensioners Post.
2. To participate in large numbers from Delhi and adjoining States in 5.9.2018 Confederation Rally.
3. The CHQ office bearers are entrusted with the responsibility of other States for building AIPRPA. All efforts by all to be undertaken to build AIPRPA but our motive is not breaking any existing organisation.
4. The Managing committee to assist all activities of Pensioners Post as formed by Chennai District AGM is approved.
5. To get the approval of RNI and convert pensioners post journal as bilingual issue of English-Hindi from January 2019. However, all divisions should enroll maximum annual subscribers @ 120 per copy wherever the old subscriptions are exhausted.
6. To transfer the publisher and owner of the journal to AIPRPA CHQ by getting approval of RNI.
7. To monitor implementation of Postmen/Mailguard pay scale of 3050-4590 from 1.1.1996 itself notionally and actual benefit from 10.10.1997 at field level by our branches.
8. A comprehensive Pensioners Hand Guide will be prepared by CHQ.
9. Enrollment fee with application forms for all our members should be expedited by Districts / Divisions. Quota remittance to CHQ shall be regular.
10. Minimum 5 copies of News Letters @ 70 x 5= 350/- shall be subscribed to NCCPA by each division / District. Money orders with clear indication that this money pertains to News Letter to be indicated in MO.
11. On CGHS all issues and problems faced will be emailed to NCCPA as per the decision if National Executive of NCCPA.
12. As it has been clarified by Directorate that those who were on duty on 1.1.1986 are eligible for counting of induction training period for TBOP/BCR, pensioners are also eligible. Our branches should take care.
A detailed circular will soon go to all on AIPRPA CMC meeting decisions.
