Delayed Pension Payment - Is it a recurring feature?
Some comrades ate telephoning that pension payment is getting delayed this month also. For example in U.P the payment was available only after a week and this month also no payment of pension till date!
We learn that one of the reasons for delay is that instead of H.P.Is drawing monthly pension, it is DPA drawing from last month for all employees, pensioners and GDS. Secondly, even if one pension account is wrongly shown a old SB account number, then while batch of Pensioners or employees could not get uploaded.
But, we hope this is not a recurring feature but quickly resolved for all time to come. Please report such problems to CHQ after studying the problem in your State. CHQ will intervene if necessary with Directorate!
