MACP Promotees case coming up for important hearing on 29.07.2019!
Chairman CAT Delhi is attending at the request of Chennai CAT!
MACP promotees case hearing will take place on 29.07.2019 in Chennai CAT. At the request earlier made by CAT Judge to hear through a full bench under supervision of CAT Chairman, he is personally attending. Our Advocate Arun will argue our case filed on behalf of many pensioners who are promotees and denied one MACP.
