On 29.10.2020 AIPRPA Pensioners will demonstrate in front of HPOs/RMS Office/ Divl Office / DPA / CPMG office as per feasibility either in morning or in evening. Hold your banners and flags! A colour wall poster is under preparation and will be placed here for use by all Districts / Divisions.
DEMANDS:
• Implement Upgraded Pay Scale of 3050-4590 to Postman/Mailguard with consequential higher scale of pay to TBOP/BCR notionally from 1.1.1996 - & - Pay due arrears and refixation of Pension to retired officials without further delay.
• Do not insist for production of training certificate by Pensioners / Family Pensioners to implement order to include the induction training period of PAs/SAs for TBOP/BCR.
• Implement quickly a Medical Insurance Scheme to Pensioners – Make CGHS effective by ensuring referral hospitals in non-CGHS areas – Establish one CGHS wellness centre in all Revenue Districts – Avoid delay in supply of medicines in CGHS dispensaries – Ensure full complement of Para Medical Staff and Doctors - Enforce COVID-19 treatment in Referral Private Hospitals to Pensioners without demanding cash from beneficiaries etc.
